Paris Hotel Châu Đốc

Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner car nous partions très tôt le lendemain matin

Mostly used by people who plan to take the ferry from Chau Doc to Phnom Penh, the location is very convenient as you can walk from the hotel in 5 minutes to the ferry dock. However, they also have excellent excursions on offer in the region.

They are extending the hotel by covering the roof terrace, but that gives quite some noise at daytime. They do offer some sort of breakfast, but by the time we stayed there, this was still not well organized.

Emplacement

Stayed at Paris Hotel Châu Đốc mainly for its convenient location after arriving by boat from Cambodia and before starting a Mekong bike ride. The location is definitely the main advantage—very handy and practical for transit stays. However, the rooms are quite basic, and the overall facilities are fairly minimal as well. It’s fine for a short stopover if you just need somewhere to sleep in a good location, but don’t expect much in terms of comfort or amenities.

Hôtel en plein centre ville et à proximité de tout. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est adorable, ils nous ont aidé à organiser un tour à la forêt de Tra Su à moindre prix.

Rien tout était parfait!

Chambre bien située, propre, petit déjeuner sympa (on a compris qu'il était inclus... erreur !)

Petit déjeuner un peu cher (2/3 du prix de la chambre pour 2 personnes) surtout dernier jour où on a eu un panier. Éviter de prendre les sorties avec l'hôtel... louer un taxi, c'est moins cher !

Hôtel au centre-ville mais dans rue calme. Réceptionniste accueillante et rendant service. Chambre grande, propre et fonctionnelle. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Possibilité de louer scooter. Séjour agréable.

We only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast (we did grab a takeaway coffee before we left for the ferry at 6.30am) but we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. The lady at the front desk spoke excellent English and was really helpful with recommendations and directions, the shower was the best we have had during our 1 month stay in Vietnam and the bed and pillows so comfy!
