It was Quite The location is good

1- no cleaning happen in the dorm during my 3 nights. 2- At the end of my stay, I was shocked to find charges for a “Café Allongé” (40 MAD) and “Café Latté” (25 MAD) on my bill, items I never ordered. I only consumed thermos coffee from the restaurant, which a staff member allowed me to take, and at no point was I told it would be chargeable. None of the three workers present mentioned any cost, and it’s unclear how they identified the coffee as “Allongé.” The 40 MAD charge for basic coffee seemed excessive, and I felt deceived by the lack of transparency and communication.
