"Einfach super schön sauber und toller Gastgeber"

das Haus ist komplett neu ausgebaut, wirklich alles was man sich wünscht ist in der Wohnung enthalten, alles vom neusten. Die Lage ist super, man fährt mit dem Auto 15 min nach Olbia und 15 min an die Costa Smeralda. Der Hausinhaber war jederzeit erreichbar und hat jederzeit geholfen, wirklich spitze

Apartament bardzo ładny, gustownie urządzony. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, znaleźliśmy w niej wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Wioska przepięknie położona pośród gór. Do dyspozycji dla mieszkańców jest również basen i boisko. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, bez problemu odpowiadał na nasze pytania. Mnóstwo wspaniałych plaż na wybrzeżu, nam się spodobała Spiaggia Pittulongu, szczególnie w południowym odcinku. Polecamy Casa Maria serdecznie.

We had a great week at Doma Maria early July 2025! The rent is not cheap, but the energy costs are included, and the airconditioning was vital for us, with temperatures ranging from 33-36 degrees that week. Bedrooms can be fully darkened = a plus for a good night sleep. Albeit the houses are close to one another, we did not experience any noise or nuisance. The house is conveniently & tastefully furnished and equipped with contemporary, in many cases new, devices. The pool is shared with other owners & their guests, well maintained and guarded, and at this time of year never very crowded. We had to pay an additional 20€ for late-arrival, but could stay a couple of hours longer than the official check-out time, so that was definitely appreciated and worth the extra cost. We rent a car, which is recommended, and within 1 hour driving time from the house, several nice cities, beaches, activities, … are within reach.

As soon as the domain’s former bar/restaurant/supermarket will be renovated & reopened, this will be an additional asset (currently it gives a somewhat desolate view).
