location. good space.

plumbing - we reported the plumbing situation and a plumber came out in good time (good response from housekeeper and owner) but the main issues are unresolved as the plumbing needs work. one shower drain had to be pumped out. Not very clean. very tired en suite to main bedroom with truly horrible shower cubical. Reported dirty bed runner and oven gloves to housekeeping but floors need a good scrub, cobwebs and corners need a spring clean. Aga has a notice asking that it is not cleaned with detergent, it is therefore greasy and dirty as no aga cleaning spray is provided. Plates chipped.
