INININININSimply it's a matter of fraud as nothing was there as we stepped into the property. Hotel management denied to accept the confirmation of online booking & henceforth informed us that they didn't have any facility to book the hotel room online. I also tried customer care service but it was unsupportive. The contact number of the hotel, provided was invalid. Never the less God knows who is creating the mess of online booking... It's a big fraud.
