Nothing dirty place

The biggest dump I've ever been to. They claimed there was no reservation. The price of €34 (for 2 nights) was completely exorbitant. The bed linen was dirty, the door lock was broken, and there was no sink. The supposed bathroom didn't exist; there was only a dirty toilet with a shower head over it. Men were lying outside the room, which couldn't be locked. The owner refused to answer any questions. It's a disgrace that booking.com even offers such garbage. I left immediately and had to find other accommodation in the middle of the night. I will publish this in the tourism press and report this stinking, filthy hotel to the Ministry of Tourism. This dump should be shut down immediately!

The staff are so lovely and accommodating. They were even preparing meals for the needy, which was so nice. The location is great and the value for money is fabulous.

You get what you pay for. The toilet was broken. Cold shower tap. N Cleaning can be improved. Hotel needs a renovation. Door to room didn’t lock very well.

for the price it was not sufficient. the shower didn’t work and the beds were uncomfortable. you could hear lots of noise through the walls and there was no safety- no locks on doors or lockers.

Owner was helpful and welcoming

Bathroom was a disaster, light could not be turned off and shower did not work. AC was noisy Employee was on front of the door listening to loud music until very late and cleaner entered the room at 6am while I was sleeping. Very expensive for the kind of room - I guess Sinulog prices?
