IEThis apartment was in a very central location - 10/15 minutes either way from Pisa Centrale and the Tower. We didn't meet our host, but he was most responsive to any questions and got back without delay and was also very kind in accommodating an early check in request. The location of the apartment was great for restaurants/shops/cafes - which were all on our doorstep and a small supermarket literally 30 seconds away.
It would have been useful to have a kettle and a microvave and possibly and iron, but it wasn't the end of the world, but there is a washing machine if needed - I would definitely stay again.
PLAbsolutely great localisation! Very near to train station, very near to Piazza dei Miracoli. Very, very near to Piazza dei Cavalieri. Lots of bars just in a half minute walk, small PAM supermarket even closer. An apartment was wonderful, just enough for a couple for 4 days. Quite big, very comfortable, clean, and really quiet despite of music performances and demonstrations on the nearest square. :-) A bad was a bit to soft for us, but we slept great! Easy access to keys. Very good communication with the staff. Last but not least, there were books! One even in Polish....
Lack of iron for clothes. Lack of electric kettle for water (but you can use the induction hob). Difficult to use TV set, but you can live without that. :-)

USEverything. By far our best stay on our 40 Europe trip. The location is perfect. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is larger than most in Europe. And a phenomenal view of the Main Street in Pisa. The wash g machine was easy to use and cleaned our clothes well.
The mattress was a little uncomfortable, that is the only thing that I would recommend the property change.
