Schlüsselsafe war bei Ankunft offen; Heizung war defekt; Vermieterin war aber sehr bemüht und freundlich und hat sogar einen Teil der Miete erstattet

I loved the very convenient location near the centre, with a bus stop across the road; the lovely historic building; having a fully equipped kitchen; comfortable bed; easy check-in and clear communication.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The location was very good we could walk everywhere. The host responded to our questions and concerns and attempted to solve the issues in a timely manner.

The bathroom walls were damaged and the paint was peeling. The bathtub was cracked and the tile on the floor of the bathroom was loose and some pieces were missing. The floors were uneven and the apartment itself was worn and tired looking. There were no pictures on walls and the blinds were broken. There was an issue with the hot water which the host attempted to resolve but couldn't so she suggested we move to another unit, which was kind of her. For the amount of money we were paying overall this unit was dreary and unappealing. Note: We stayed for a total of 11 nights, including 7 nights in our original booking and we did thank the owner for moving us when the hot water in the unit failed. To imply anything else is wrong.

El apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación y la comunicación con la dueña fue rápida y eficaz. También tiene todos los utensilios necesarios en la cocina.

Aunque se anda cómodo por el apartamento, este tiene algunos desniveles en el suelo. La escalera de la entrada es muy inclinada pero tiene buen agarre, por lo que no es preocupante para subir si lo haces con cautela. Por último, si vas en verano y la temperatura en el exterior es alta, el dormitorio y baño pueden ser muy calurosos. Sin embargo, había buen ventilador para refrescar.

It was a bit worn down in places, but for the price and the location this was no problem during our stay

Die Lage ist sehr gut und erstaunlich ruhig, trotz viel befahrener Straße und Bushaltestelle gegenüber. Das Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten raus und im Innenhof ist sehr wenig Betrieb. Man hört auch so gut wie nicht, wenn ein Auto langsam durch den Torbogen unterhalb der Wohnung durchfährt. Es ist in der Wohnung alles da, was man so braucht, von einem Haartrockner bis hin zu einem Euro-Adapter, neuen Müllbeuteln und zusätzlichem Toilettenpapier. Die Küchengeräte sind allesamt einwandfrei. Die von manchen Gästen hervorgehobene steile Treppe ist für Personen mit Mobilitätsproblemen sicher ein No-Go, aber ich persönlich fand sie gar nicht schlimm, zumal es ein sehr gutes, solides Geländer gibt. Ich war 5 Nächte dort und komme sehr gern wieder.

Die Wohnung hat schon bessere Tage gesehen. Aber man muss bedenken, sonst wäre sie sicher auch teurer... Sie war im Wesentlichen sauber, wenngleich es schon schön wäre, wenn sich die Reinigungskräfte noch etwas mehr Mühe gäben... Zum Beispiel stand ein Topf ungespült im Schrank; das bereitgestellte Olivenöl war im vergangenen Jahr abgelaufen; die alten Fenster, ihre Rahmen und die äußeren Fensterbretter sind so verdreckt, dass es etwas Überwindung kostet, die vorgelagerten Zusatzfenster überhaupt zu öffnen; in den Kaminen sind Spinnweben. Der Wasserschaden an der Wand über dem WC wird sicher bald behoben? Für mich war das alles hinnehmbar, wenn auch nicht unbedingt herzerwärmend...
