USGreat location in a beautiful rural setting, convenient to Siena, Perugia, Orvieto, and Cortona. The host, Massimo, was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The apartment was clean, the bed reasonably comfortable, and the complimentary Prosecco and bottled water were a nice touch.
The property has a rustic style, more than we expected. Since the bedroom is in the front, there was some early morning noise from neighbors heading out for the day. The water in the apartment was non-potable. The washing machine required advance notice to use, which was inconvenient for our schedule.
ATEverything was way better than we could ever ask for. Perfect, comfortable little home in Tuscany. Thank you Massimo :)

HUThis place was absolutely amazing!! The flat is quiet, super clean, fully equipped! The bed is very very comfortable!😊 The owner is the kindest and most helpful person, he even helped me with my little problems in the middle of the night, and made sure I have everything I need! The area is beautiful, like a real Italian dream! I would highly reccomend this place to everybody☺️☺️
ITThe house it self has a great atmosphere, some great rustic touches to the style of the apartment without compromise on comfort. Cozy and roomy. Very well equipped. It has everything for a comfortable stay. Very clean and neat! Massimo has been super helpful. I strongly recommend it if you are near Castroncello or Foiano della Chiana
The only few things( if we had to be picky) that the thermostat was not quite easy to figure out. Finding the place it self was not straight foward,as it's on a private side street. Instructions to find the place could be clearer
