The Griffin Inn Bath

Great location, friendly staff, room was as expected. Would go back again when staying in Bath Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Hot - we were in top floor room on a warm night with just a small fan in room and couldn’t have window open fully as the street was noisy until 2am.

The location was very central and everything we wanted to see within walking distance. The Griffin feels very cosy and local and the food served in the restaurant was excellent.

Our room was very small, as was the bathroom, but otherwise had everything we needed. There is no breakfast available at the Griffin but there are plenty of great restaurants for breakfast nearby so that wasn't a problem.

Very central location, nice pub, friendly.and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room..We slept well. The fan was very welcome.

Room was quite.small for the price. Still providing tiny bottles of shampoo and shower gel - better to have larger refillable ones.

Excellent location, an easy walk to most places and 24 hour access, friendly staff and great communication prior to check in.

We were in a room on the top floor, size was acceptable for 2 people, shower pressure a bit weak. Main issue was due to the hot weather the room was exceptionally hot, no air conditioning provided (a portable unit would have been fine), only 1 small fan, only the top section of the only window opens.

The location was great and very central to everything - shops, supermarkets, nightlife, the Baths, train and bus station. The staff were beyond friendly and very welcoming. Real British charm to the place.

We visited during an extreme heatwave and had the room on the top floor. The window could only open a couple inches and there was no air-conditioning. This unfortunately made for a very uncomfortable stay. Perhaps a better and cosy option to consider if visiting in winter.

My room and the location.

Noisey people coming to their rooms with no consideration for those who want a quiet night. Perhaps a sign saying to consider others while they enter their rooms would help.
