Premium Cottages B&B

This B&B was very clean and comfortable. The hosts and staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us juice on arrival. They prepared a basic dinner for us in the evening. There was very good air con in our room. Location is remote but perfect to break up our journey from Negombo to Sigiryia.

The whole place looks brand new and the rooms are comfortable. There's no mosquito net but there's a/c and hot water. The Western breakfast was simple but satisfactory. Other guests complained about the location not being central but I enjoyed it very much: it has this rural feel but it's only a 20-minute walk to town.

Upfront cash-only payment. It's impossible to get the room completely dark. What's more: the lights outside the room are so strong that the room still was as bright as day one I turned off the lights. During my 2-night stay, there were at least 3 power outages, including one in the middle of the night, that made me wake up from the best once the a/c stopped working.

Clean, beautiful locality and helpful staff.

Maybe it should be easier for guests to make some coffee or tea for themselves by providing a kettle etc.?

Lady in charge did not greet. Minor staff and security personnel are very helpful. One room had no toilet papers, shampoo and body wash. Access road to the location is muddy and filthy.

The place is great! It’s modern, very clean, and well-kept. The owner is super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We felt comfortable right away and would love to come back. Highly recommended!
