Service truly is exceptional at Earl's Regency and it is apparent from every corner of the property. Wherever one goes, you are greeted with a smile and questions to ensure your stay is going smoothly and comfortably. I booked a half board stay and was very happy with the quality and assortment of food in the buffet each day, as well as being a great value. My room was spacious, completely comfortable and had a lovely view of the mountains. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning again soon.

To ensure all facets of the property are on par with the high quality of the hotel, I think the spa could use some attention.

Lovely, authentic, and naturally aligned property. Well-maintained. Perfect for a location such as Kandy. Huge hotel, good variety of food, great/fast room service and pool, even kids' pool. Bar/lounge being in the middle of the hotel was really great and had lovely views.

Slight miscommunication at the time of reservation regarding room types. Pictures of the room type were misguided to begin with. One of the room reservations was mixed up, possibly due to the request for interconnecting rooms later on. The reservations team quickly worked to resolve it. The kids' play area could use a little upgrade. Would still return as it's a lovely property.

Came back for the perfect room and property and was also blown away by the welcome and service. The room is gorgeous with the most beautiful lush view of the Kandy mountains is surrounded by wonderful nature. The staff were amazing, incredibly kind and helpful. Loved my stay and hope to be back.
