Great location, we'll planned apartment. Comfortable bed and quite big balcony.

Had some trouble working with the Fob key in the beginning, first time I worked with that kind of key. Instructions inside the apartment would be good.

"Perfect place to stay if you want to be downtown!"

Very convenient location. About a 20 min walk to the spectrum center. Lots of food options nearby. Close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean. Was very comfortable and spacious. Loved that they had a washer and dryer.

"Although described as a Penthouse Apartment, it is actually an overpriced and unclean dormitory."

After actually seeing the apartment, we were able to find the exit doors immediately without delay.

Because there are too many things to say that aren't complimentary, I'll simply say that my wife and I left the property immediately after arriving and completing a thoroughly evaluation of the property. Needless to say, we would not recommend this property to anyone.
