Amazing place, amazing location

We had a wonderful stay! The instructions for accessing the keys and apartment were clear, and the building had a nice residential feel. This was my brother's first experience with Airbnb, and he was thoroughly impressed by how fantastic it was. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the proximity to the convention center made the location ideal for us. Definitely a 5-star experience!

The only aspect I disliked was the $150 safety deposit required by the host. I'm not fond of this practice. Although the deposit is supposed to be returned after departure and inspection of the apartment, I noticed that my refund wasn't issued automatically, prompting me to contact the host, who then promptly processed the refund. Additionally, the fines for losing the door key tag or the parking tag, which are around $200 each, seem excessively high.

Nice comfortable place. We'll equipped facility with gym and pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Dark grey bath towels. Traditional coffee machine. Every other place I stayed has moved on to Keurigs or some pod based machines. Need a little trash management especially if staying long. My room was far from the chute.

At best a surface clean upon arrival so the apartment was not cleaned properly.....Key box very difficult to locate upon arrival

It was really clean, cozy and is within walking distance to popular restaurants. Key access was straight forward and easy to find and I also liked how close the parking was to the room.
