Я не смогла заселиться в гостиницу, потому что по приезде мне сообщили, что моего бронирования нет в системе. Это было крайне неприятно и стрессово, особенно после подтверждения брони и дороги. Оказаться без номера в такой ситуации — очень разочаровывающе. Надеюсь, руководство обратит внимание на работу системы бронирования, чтобы другие гости не столкнулись с подобной проблемой.

Считаю такой сервис ненадёжным и неприемлемым. Гостиница, которая не гарантирует подтверждённую бронь, вызывает серьёзные сомнения.

Все хорошо, до моря 5 минут, бассейн рядом, большой чистый с видом на море, хоть и общественный, но приятно было в нем поплавать.

Пару раз забыли вынести мусор, выкидывала сама
