Extremely disappointing stay – not as advertised We were a family with a child, staying for one night in a 4-bed room with a shared bathroom. Unfortunately, the reality was far worse than the photos, which seem to have been taken years ago when the riad was freshly renovated. Now everything looks worn out and neglected. We were not provided with any basic amenities — no towels, no toilet paper, no soap. Absolutely nothing. When we asked about this after taking a shower, we were told: “Usually people bring their own, and we thought you didn’t need any. If you do, just let us know and we’ll bring it.” This was the strangest excuse imaginable — as if the goal was to save money on guests who manage without asking. After a long journey, instead of simply using the toilet and taking a shower, I had to search for the manager through the Booking app and write: “Please bring me toilet paper, soap, and a towel.” The bedding was synthetic, and one of the sheets had suspicious stains, clearly not washed. The fan was covered in dust, unstable, and kept falling over. The room had only one tiny window, covered with a metal grille, which made it feel even more like a holding cell. To keep the window open, we had to prop it up with a ceramic jug, otherwise it would fall shut. There wasn’t even a trash bin or a simple garbage bag provided in the room, which made it very inconvenient and unhygienic. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, only in the lobby downstairs. The mattress on the bunk bed was extremely uncomfortable — hard and squeaky. The room was empty and depressing — it honestly looked like a holding cell. The shared bathroom was located one floor below, and it looked like something from a prison — mold on the walls, peeling plaster, no shower curtain, and completely bare. The window in the bathroom had no curtain or blind, offering no privacy at all. The glass windows above the doors and gaps in the door frames meant anyone could look inside while you showered or changed.

Riad a éviter, est très loin de parking ( save your time and your money) Horrible !! Je déconseille totalement !!on a annuler notre réservation parce qu’il n’ya pas de parking. Le parking qui un peu proche faut marcher au moins 40 min et le gardien de parking te demande de laisser la clé avec lui parce que la place est pas sécurisée. Ils ont refuser de nous rembourser donc on a passer la nuit dans la voiture.

Accès compliqué (d'autant qu'apparemment, un autre riad pour la reception nullement expliqué). Personne a l'accueuil / devant le riad, porte de prison! A 14h les chambres n'etaient pas pretes! salle de bain..."midnight express'. Bruyant la nuit. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres. tres peu lumineux dans les chambres (et le reste du riad).

Gros coup de peinture / déco (meubler un peu), revoir l'electricité et prises + luminaire. Grille d'entrée, les portes (chambres et autres)... tout! Cela vaut 30% du prix affiché
