Great Central location and an attentive host.!!

Unlike as mentioned in the listing, This is NOT a 1BR appt. It’s 1BR with attached bathroom & a shared kitchen in a 4 BR Apartment. getting Hot water was a MAJOR issue. Every time you need hot water a VERY traditional boiler needs to be started and I didn’t feel safe lighting it myself especially after seeing black soot all above the boiler.. maybe from a previous fire incident .? Although the host was helpful to start it, you need to plan your showers accordingly. Took almost 30 mins for hot water each time. The shared kitchen was DIRTY and could really use some thorough cleaning along with the fridge. The common living room is BARE with one broken couch and two dead plants .!!
