There is address of the other hotel stated for this apartment, we basically did not find it. The location in reservation is in Green Yard Beach Hotel Entebbe but going to this address they had nothing to do with this booking. When calling to the owner to find the place she said that the apartment is already taken although couple of days before we received the remainder regarding our upcoming stay in Cozy Home apartment. This person does not know how the booking.com works: if you prefer other person then the smallest thing to do is to cancel booking informing the client. Now it seems to be that we just did not show and maybe even should pay for it? We needed the place for 1 night before flying home, so we just took other hotel but really sad about hours spent to find the place and later on to find new hotel. Really disappointing.
