MAMA LILI'S HOMESTAY

Mamma Lily and her family are super super kind. We felt like part of the family. They cooked for us an amazing dinner and breakfast, and we had a really nice day trekking with Mamma Lily. We’ll be back for sure!

The bungalows bathroom is a bit simple.

В ванной были использованные зубные счетки, возникли сомнения, что номер убирали и меняли постельное белье. Мы заехали в 20:00 примерно, о времени завтрака ничего не сказали. В итоге утром в 9:10 написали, что завтрак с 8 до 9. В итоге нас все таки накормили блинами, это не то, что мы едим на завтрак, но выбирать не прошлось. Не успели мы доесть завтрак, как нам сказали, что нужно заплатить, потому что они собираются в Сапу, назвали сумма в 300 донгов, хотя мы были должны заплатить 216. В итоге впечатления остались очень плохие, чувствовали себя некомфортно.

L'emplacement de la maison est éloigné de sapa ce qui peux engendre des dépenses supplémentaires pour aller et venir mais ce n' est rien face a la beauté du lieu

La atención de todo el personal, hasta de los niños. Dormir como un rey, laa sábanas y almohadas olían y se sentían limpias. Laa tres comidas eran fabulosas. el Trakking fue fabuloso con unas vistas maravillosas. Voy a volver con mi esposa y con 6 personas mas para ocupar las 4 cabañas.

El agua caliente de mi cabaña no funcionaba bien y estaba fría, hay que fumigar las habitaciones, me encontré 2 cucarachas y un grillo la primera noche. Pague mas dinero ppr mi estadía para poder salir .así tarrde de la cabaña y a las 11:30 me sacaron de la cabaña. Lo demás, me gusto todo.

The area is awesome. It is in calm and quiet place between rice fields and local's houses with beautiful view to the valley. They have awesome cute dog running all around and wants to play all the time. Breakfast was good (but only one day was provided - read below).

- There is no Air conditioning in the bungalow as described. - No towels were provided - Before our arrival we received WhatsApp message from the owner to come to absolutely different location than mentioned in the listing. We came there and it was an intersection where there was absolutely nothing. We messaged and called to the owner and got no response and we'd been waiting there for 30 minutes. After that, they responded to come to the location mentioned in the listing. We had no idea, why they sent us to somewhere else and wasted our time. - The road to the house is in terrible condition. It is only 6km from Sapa city, but it takes at least 30 minutes to get there. If you have own motorbike, it could be a bit faster, but still so long way to the city. Grab costs around 200.000 VND - We stayed 2 nights in the bungalow, breakfast was included in the price, but we only received breakfast in the first morning. Second morning, nobody was around. Nobody answered our message. We had been waiting for the breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30, but nobody showed up, so we decided to leave without breakfast to not miss our program for the day. Later on the way back to the city, we met the owner coming back home. He was 30 minutes away from the homestay, so we were glad we didn't wait for him, otherwise until he came back and prepared the breakfast, we would eat at 11:00...He stopped and didn't even say "sorry". At least they could leave a note or answer our message. This homestay could be really awesome with all that surrounding and view, but ignorance of guests' time, their needs, their comfort and what they paid for is disappointing.

Mama lili était géniale ! Elle nous a fait une randonnée magnifique, la nourriture était très bonne et on est venues nous chercher à sapa en voiture et pareil pour repartir. Tout était super c était deux jours formidables!

Die Familie ist sehr nett, das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und ist sehr lecker, man kann im Haus schöne Souvenirs kaufen und es werden verschiedene Trekking Touren angeboten.

Man muss wissen, dass man dort ungefähr 2,5 Stunden außerhalb von Sapa ist und es in unmittelbarer Nähe keine Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte oder ATMs gibt. Außerdem sollte man nicht penibel sein in puncto Sauberkeit. Das Haupthaus wirkte sehr sauber, der Bungalow selber war es allerdings nicht.

Très belle vue sur la montagne et la vallée. Bons repas Cheminée très agréable pour se réchauffer le matin. Jolie trek dans la montagne. Famille souriante.

Il n est pas précisé sur l annonce que les logements se situent à 10 km de Sapa dans la montagne. Du coup vous vous retrouvez dans l' obligation de manger sur place,d être tributaire du véhicule de la famille avec chaque trajet facturé 200000 dongs, de faire les treks proposés ( se faire préciser la durée et le contenu). Café du matin et eau sont payants. Le prix de la nuit est attrayant mais attention à la facture finale surtout pour les petits budgets. ​

Really nice bungalow. Mama Lili treated me as a daughter, and trekking with her has been one of the best experiences. Her son cooked for us, delicious!!
