Great location , near attractions, metro , restaurants. The owners are very responsive to communication and very nice. Relatively quiet street. The apartment had everything we needed for a group of 5 people.

The apartment is a clean but a little dated. Not the owners fault, but at night you can hear the people above you and next door. If light sleeper you may need ear plugs.

First of all, there were bugs throughout the ENTIRE apartment. We found them in the cupboards, around the plates and cup. We found them in all of the bedroom, the dining room and I even spotted in the shower while I was showering, which was horrifying. There were small cockroaches as well as long bugs that looked like centipedes, and other little bugs. Aside from that, the apartments looks nothing like the images. It was extremely cramped and small, two of the rooms had no windows. Everything was extremely worn and old, with a lot of wear and tear. The facilities were not very clean, and it felt grubby. Even small things like the shower curtain was too small, which meant that every single time someone took a shower, the floor would flood with water. The hosts knew this because they specifically left scraps of fabric for us to clean the floor up when it got wet. If they knew this was an issue, why would they not get a longer shower curtain? I should have to get on my hands and knees to wipe the floor of water whenever I take a shower, when it’s so easily fixable. Just shows the lack of thought and care for the customer’s experience. Lastly, the hot water was extremely inconsistent, which we immediately told the hosts on the first day, and they didn’t do anything about, they really didn’t care.

It was filled with bugs, grimy, worn and extremely cramped. Terrible hosts who don’t care about your experience at all. I felt very robbed of money by the end of my stay there.
