Wirklich eine exzellente Unterkunft. Ein außergewöhnliches Apartment, sehr viel Platz und wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist hier auch noch zu erwähnen und fußläufig zum Zentrum perfekt.

Μεγάλο και άνετο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου. Κλιματιστικό και τηλεόραση σε κάθε χώρο. Το μπάνιο μεγάλο και πολυ άνετο το ντουζ. Εύκολο το παρκινγκ στον δρόμο μπροστά από το σπίτι.

Εκτός από μια εξάδα νερά,καφές και ζάχαρη δεν υπήρχε τίποτα άλλο στην κουζίνα. Φυσικά και δεν ήταν υποχρεωμένοι ,απλά προερχόμενοι από προηγούμενα καταλύματα στην Κρήτη που είχαν μέχρι και φρούτα για τα παιδια μας ,μας φάνηκε κάπως. Οι πετσετες μπάνιου και προσώπου ήταν πολυκαιρισμενες. Φαινόταν και στην όψη και στην αφή και στην μυρωδιά μετά από 1-2 σκουπισματα μυριζαν υγρασία. Τέλος και τα 2 βραδιά υπήρχε έντονη φασαρία στους από πάνω ορόφους....σαν να τραβούν έπιπλα και αυτό γύρω στις 2 τα ξημερώματα. Πιθανόν να οφείλεται σε άλλους ενοικιαστές αλλά μας ξύπνησε αρκετές φορές.

Πεντακάθαρο,φρεσκοβαμμένο ,άνετο 2 υπνοδωμάτια μεγάλα με ντουλάπες ,βεράντες παντού σίτες ,σαλόνι τεράστιο με δύο καναπέδες και άψογη τραπεζαρία για 6 άτομα ,κουζίνα μεγάλη τραπέζι καρέκλες,σκεύη τα πάντα 3 καφετιέρες(φίλτρου,μπρίκι ελληνικού,n-espresso)κάψουλες καφέ,εξάδα νερά ψυγείο μεγάλο,τοστιέρες φρυγανιέρες κλπ.μπανιο μεγάλο με όλα (σαμπουάν πιστολάκι κλπ)Τηλεοράσεις 3. Περιοχή ήσυχη 10 λεπτά με το πόδι από το κέντρο,εύκολο παρκάρισμα,σούπερ μάρκετ-περίπτερο κοντά.Τελειο για οικογένεια ή παρέα 5 άτομα χαλαρά Ο ιδιοκτήτης εξυπηρετικός σε όλα

Everything was perfect. The location, the appartment that was spacious, recently renovated, with all necessary equipment to the detail, and last but not least the friendly owner who met us to hand over the keys, and provide information on things of interest, facilities near the house, sites and places to visit in Herakleion etc. We will definately visit again

The host 'John' was extremely helpful and sweet with meeting us at the premises and providing us with lots of information on Heraklion. Prior communications were excellent. We were even provided with 6 x bottles of water for our stay, which was a lovely touch! The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable and a welcome oasis from the heat and bustle of Heraklion in August. The location was great, just outside the walls but an easy 10 minute stroll to lots of restaurants and sights. And an easy 2 minute stroll to great coffee!

Whilst the main lounge had curtains they were quite transparent and so let in the light but also made you quite visible from outside, even when drawn. The beautifully tiles floors, whilst looking fresh and feeling cool underfoot, unfortunately needed better sweeping and cleaning - felt we had to wash our feet before getting into bed.

We loved the huge space in this apartment. It’s a very rare thing nowadays as most of the apartments that are built for short term stays are small in space. This is an older high quality apartment in an authentic Greek building.

John’s place is fantastic. A spacious apartment, with great amenities, well equipped kitchen, fast internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Its location is easily accessible with public transport and near the city center and its sights. John was such a great, welcoming and helpful host. He spent much time to give local recommendations and great suggestions. Highly recommended!
