Highly recommended! The apartment was clean and well-prepared. The area is quiet and pleasant - perfect for relaxing. Everything matched the description, and we had no complaints. The price was appropriate for the standard. We would gladly come back in the future.

Andrea the host is friendly and quickly answered my questions about the apartment and it's location in Zadar prior to our arrival. The apartment has been refurbished to an exceptionally high contemporary standard and has all the accessories that you may need, including an iron and ironing board and high specification kitchen appliances. It looks exactly the same as the advertised photos. The bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the lounge is very comfortable and we all slept really well after long days exploring Zadar and Krka National Park. The location is perfect for the old town only 15 minutes walk away along one road, Kolovare beach is a 10 minutes walk and the bus station just 5 minutes walk away. This is the best value apartment that we have ever stayed in for the extremely high standard of accommodation. Although the apartment is in an older, traditional apartment block this didn't affect our stay. The area is peaceful and felt safe. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this apartment and if we come back to Zadar we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Andrea!

We arrived at night and the entrance to the apartment building was a little difficult to find in the dark. Once inside the building the hallway lights are on a timer and once they go out it's very dark, so just be aware of where the switch is so you can put the lights back on quickly.

The apartment is new, absolutely clean and perfectly equipped. Our host Andrea was very helpful and kind. Everything you want to see is maximum within a 10 minute walk (beach, shops, old town as well as sports center Višnjik). We will for sure come back.

The surrounding block of apartment is very old. But it totally did not spoil the overall very positive stay.

Beautiful newly renovated apartment, super clean and had everything you could possibly need. The host had really thought about the small details that make your stay comfortable. Walking distance to the bus station, the beach, restaurants and grocey store. We can definitely recommend this apartment and we will 100% stay here again. Also the host was super helpful and check in/ check out went super smoothly.
