This was by far the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The photos online are wildly misleading — clearly taken to hide the deplorable, unsafe, and unsanitary condition of the property. We were shocked when we arrived. Red mold in the bathtub. Rusted window frames that looked like they hadn’t been touched in decades. Broken, cracked tiles throughout the home. The entire second floor is visibly crooked, like the house is literally caving in on itself. No air conditioning in the bedrooms, just a couple of dusty old fans — completely unacceptable in summer. The beds were made with cheap polyester sheets that felt unwashed and sticky. This place is not just uncomfortable — it’s a health and safety hazard. We couldn’t even stay one full night before deciding we had to leave for our own well-being. To make matters worse, communication with the host Dylan was horrible. He took no accountability for the state of the home and has refused to respond to any of our messages. Even Booking.com has been useless, claiming it’s not their problem and refusing to offer any assistance or refund, despite the obvious misrepresentation. Do not waste your time or money on this place. It should be removed from all rental platforms immediately. Shame on the host and on Booking.com for enabling this scam.
