Cozy studio with FREE parking in Waikiki

So close to Honolulu/Waikiki Beach we could walk everywhere local and easy to get out of town from this locale.

Staff were rude at check-in and the parking is widly unclear when attempting to unload luggage. Laundry flooded when more than 2 washing machines were used at the same time. Sink drained slowwlllyyyy in bathroom which was gross for oral care.

This place is amazing. First the location couldn’t ask for anything more. It was close to everything and easy access to the highway for excursions outside of Waikiki. The host is more than accommodating and provides many extras like towels and umbrellas and chairs. Everyone at the front desk was more than accommodating. I have traveled to many locations in Waikiki And parking has always been an issue. But the location of the parking area is perfect. It’s not a small underground situation, that can be hard to maneuver. I would suggest bringing a small travel wagon in a stroller bag. This will assist you with getting back-and-forth to your car, which is a nice walk through the park. It also helps if you go get groceries. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely pick this place on our return trips. The picture included is the walk from the parking area.

Good location at end of main boardwalk strip. 30 minute walk to Duke statue on Wakiki beach. Free parking. No resort fee required. Boogie board on balcony was nice. Location nice, but would not repeat any stays here. Ice machine and laundry were available.

Hotel staff required room number everytime you inquired about anything, then once they see you are a "private residence" their demeanor and helpfulness changes to absolute minimum. Bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain from the time of arrival. Wardrobe cabinet in center of room had large main door falling off cabinet Could not use. Host did not acknowledge or address issue when message sent about cabinet. Claimed 2 days into stay they would address clogged sink but never showed up Claimed they scheduled did not show up and rescheduled clogged repair but never responded. Had to use kitchen sink to brush teeth entire trip. Linens were very low quality and quite worn. Room very dark with inadequate lighting. Sink light did not work. Need option for room cleaning/upkeep/linens replacement during stay. Room very close to elevators. Be prepared to find parking lot on arrival Wakikki has many one way streets, traffic and road construction that complicate issues with driving.

I really like that the host provided multiple beach and shower towels as well as two beach chair and two umbrellas. The kitchen appliances were also complete.

The parking was a bit far from the hotel but given the place is at Wakiki, it is expected.

Great location, less than 10 min walking to the beach and to all the stores in Waikiki. The parking is very close walking. The apartment includes all the essentials for cook simple food and also chairs and umbrella for the beach. Deggi gave us very clear check in/out instructions. The people on the lobby isn’t very friendly but you only need to ask for the keys the first time that’s all.
