Alloggio accogliente non lontano dal centro. Proprietaria gentilissima, molto accogliente e disponibilissima. Colazione eccezionale preparata da lei con tanta passione. Da ritornarci.

The building is located within walking distance of the lovely town center. The host was exceptional in every way, welcoming us with roasted chestnuts and coffee, then proceeding to tell us about all the wonderful sights in town. The breakfast she prepared was spectacular as she baked everything herself and the coffee was great too

The building itself is nothing to write home about and difficult to find with Google Maps

Nice and clean room with access to a terrace. Shared bathroom if other guests is staying at the same time witch was not the fact during our stay. So we were lucky at that point. Walking distance to "Centro Storico" Free parking just outside the entrance. The owner and her lovely son was very kind and helpful. We had the opportunity to be given a plate full of newly roasted chestnuts...so delicious The breakfast was fine.. Thank you, Mariolina and Andrea

An excellent choice, a 5 or 6 minute walk to the historic center of town. Not a traditional B&B - three upstairs rooms are rented, all sharing a single bathroom. The owner and son live in the rest of the house, so you will hear them, or smell their dinner cooking now and then - but the upstairs area is just for guests, and you have your own key, to come and go as you please. Parking is available either at the house or a minutes walk away. An excellent breakfast was served each morning, and WiFi was good. Because you aren’t in the city center you don’t have to worry about ZTL driving or parking restrictions, and the walk was easy (uphill on the way back, but not too difficult). The owner speaks a little English, and if you speak a little Italian, things will work fine. If not, any translation app will help. You will need a car or a taxi to get to the place, but if you have a car you are an easy drive to numerous other hilltop towns worth exploring, or the beach areas both to the north and south. There is a balcony to enjoy the view, and a ceiling fan will keep you cool on warmer nights. The owner nicely moved me to the larger room for my last two nights, when it was empty. Really an exceptional place, well worth booking if you want to be in the area.

The only difficulty was finding it, as Google Maps will say you arrived - right in the middle of a busy street. There is a very small sign that you will not see as you drive around looking, and you will likely need to do what i did: park, call the owner, and she will meet you and show you the way. If you find it on your first try, you are clearly smarter than me.

Our sleeping arrangement did not match the preview photographs as we were given a small fold down sofa bed and not in a bedroom . There was no over head light , only a dull lamp in the corner or bed side light. Our bathroom was away from our sleeping quarters . The hosts family were living in the home

Struttura eccellente gestita dalla gentilissima Sig.ra Mariolina, guest house del B&b super competente e accogliente con persone e i nostri amici a 4 zampe che hanno a disposizione giardino e terrazzo, vicina al centro e con colazione homemade.
