Your HOME in Bologna

L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. Pulito, ottima posizione, silenzioso. Un particolare ringraziamento all’host che è venuto incontro alle mie esigenze di anticipare il check in, dovute ad uno spostamento di orario del volo.

A great apartment in an excellent location.

The couch was very uncomfortable, basically unusable. Communication with the owner at first was poor as we weren't given access instructions before arriving, but it was resolved after a quick phone call.

Prettige ruimte, heel rustig gelegen, goed geoutilleerd en met buitenruimte. Helaas buiten geen functionerende verlichting kunnen ontdekken, anders hadden we zeker meer daar gezeten. Boven verwachting was ook de keuken heel goed voorzien. Er was thee, kruiden i9ndien je wil koken, voorverpakte croissants en cakejes als je op zijn Italiaans wil ontbijten. Maar er waren ook 2 kleine potjes yoghurt en flessen water in de koelkast. De koffiecups hebben we niet aangetroffen helaas. Tot slot om de hoek is de Via San Stefano die leidt naar kloostercomplex van San Stefano aan het gelijknamige plein. Heel mooi en sfeervol, je vindt er fijne horeca en onderweg naar 'huis' vindt je overheerlijk ijs volledig bio ... de locals gaan er echt een heel eind voor om. Topzaakje!

Er was even kortsluiting, maar via what app communicatie met de uitbater hebben we dat samen vlot getackeld. Heel erg tevreden over deze plek in Bologna.

Location is fantastic, within old town and right next to the event I attended. Fan provided (no Aircon) and the ground floor flat is cool enough despite 33 degrees outside. Flat is very well decorated.

I arrived midnight. Entering the apartment was very easy. The instructions we're clear. The apartment is well equipped. The interior garden is charming!! It was cool outside, yet in the apartment was nicely heated. For the most part it was clean and well organized.

Very good location, easy access to the flat, helpful host, cosy atmosphere. The garden looked lovely but it was raining almost every day so we didn't have the chance to use it. It must be great in the summer.

- There was a lot of black mould on the ceiling over the shower and a lot of mould in the bedroom around the bed! Mould can be very dangerous especially for the perspiratory system and since I am allergic to it, I wish I wouldn't have had to deal with such a situation. - While using the shower on the first night, all the water spilled out of the shower and reached the bathroom door because the drain was clogged. The owner was kind enough to come and unclog it the next day, however, such things should be checked and cleaned regularly. - After showering, it would have been nice to use the hairdryer but the appliance was unfortunately too dirty and looked as if it had not been cleaned for a long time. If these issues are dealt with and the mould in the bedroom and the bathroom is safely and completely removed, this would be an excellent flat to stay in!

Perfect location, kind staff, nice apartment with good appliances.

Hard to take a shower without having water flooding the bathroom and once even reaching the living room. It also took a while to have heating in the apartment, but the staff was very nice trying to solve the issue as soon as possible. Afterwards, it was very cozy in the apartment. Overall, it was a good experience, small issues, I would rent it again.
