Viola's Luxury House

Μεγάλο κατάλυμα. Μας βόλεψε πάρα πολύ μιας κ ειμασταν 4 άτομα κ θέλαμε δύο υπνοδωμάτια κ δύο μπάνια. Πολύ φωτεινό κ πλήρως εξοπλισμενο. Η διαμονή μας ήταν ευχάριστη. Κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο του Παλερμο.

Για να κάνουμε check in στ δωμάτιο κ να μπούμε ..είχε μια διαδικασία που μας δυσκολεψε..επίσης ο φορος διαμονής ενώ ήταν καθορισμένη η τιμή του...μάθαμε ετεροχρονισμενα ότι είναι διπλάσιος κ ότι δεν έχει ακόμα ενημερωθεί στο booking..το ποσό δεν ήταν τρομερό αλλά δεν μας άρεσε που δεν τ γνωρίζαμε εξ αρχής.. επίσης τ δωμάτιο ήταν θορυβώδες. Έχει αρκετή φασαρία απ έξω ακόμα κ τ βράδυ. Μετά από κάποιο σημείο βέβαια σταματούσε τ βράδυ η φασαρία αλλά δεν θα τ χαρακτήριζα κ ως ένα πολύ ήσυχο καταλυμα όπως άλλα π έχω επισκεφθει..επίσης σαν γειτονιά ήταν σκιαχτικη αρκετά...μιας κ είμασταν 4 κοπέλες τ βραδυ δεν μας άρεσε ιδιαίτερα η γειτονιά..

The location is very good

The kitchen saucepans were filthy and the kitchen was poorly equipped. There was no electric jug, there was however an old fashioned kettle to put on the hot plates, however it was full of flakey calcification which was floating in the water when filled. One of the bathroom ceilings and around the upper walls was covered in grey mould. The shower screen in the same bathroom was thick with black mould around the bottom of the screen. We contacted the managers who told us to use a saucepan to boil water for tea and coffee . After our insisting we needed an electric kettle they said they would deliver it in the morning and check the dirty saucepans etc . In the morning we rang them and they said it was raining so could not deliver the kettle. It was just lightly spitting rain so we walked down to the office to pick up the kettle ourselves. The managers promised a partial refund and asked for a favourable review to which we replied we always gave honest reviews. Also the air conditioning did not work properly or at all, when we booked it stated there was a dishwasher, this did not work and seems to have been deleted from the facilities list, We are still waiting for the refund and the managers are ignoring both our WhatsApp and booking.com messages. We took many photos to backup our claim however I seem to be unable to download them to this review which is very disappointing

The flat is super well located and big, instructions to entry were clear and we could check in early. The mattresses felt very old and not comfortable though and the flat was not super clean -on the surface it was but there was a lot of dust, especially under the beds meaning cleaning is not done thoroughly- neither well equipped (no sponge and cleaning product to wash the dining table, no dryer for the clothes). The place needs good investment and cleaning to be cozy.

Nice and spacious apartment, good location

Only 1 set of keys, which included key necessary to turn on electricity in apartment. Inconvenient for groups where some wanted to stay in and others go out, especially late at night. This was not advertised in the description and we were told getting another set of keys was not possible by property owner, which was extremely inconvenient.

They need to provide a bit more shower gel

We never had breakfastwe expected coffee tea and syuff for bfast and the kitchen to be cleaner

On the whole it was ok

Very specious and nicely decorated apartament, location is perfect, beds are really big. They allowed us to leave the luggages earlier and it was very helpful.

AC was not working in one room and we had to ask for stuff to be able to wash the dishes, but they were delivered shortly after we asked for them.

The property had everything you would need. The location could not be better. It’s in a crowded city center, but at the same time few meters away from market street and noise. We haven’t met the hosts, but they have everything perfectly arranged and we could always contact them with whatsapp

Bathrooms can have some basic cosmetic renovation, for it was still ok
