I liked the location of the facility.

The place was very clean. Had all the amenities you needed. More than expected. Great location.

No privacy dividers between apartments on either balcony.

Not a single thing!

It was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked. The other people staying there were very nice. Enjoyed watching water birds along the intercoastal waterway.

A very long walk from parking to room on second floor with no elevator. It was not on the beach. We had to cross a busy highway to get to the beach. The floor was filthy. When wiping up a small spill the paper towel was black.

The location overlooking the intracoastal waterway was stunning, watching dolphins and manatees swim by daily was just so special plus the bird life, ospreys fishing right in front of us, egrets, herons, night herons and ibis on the property aswell. Our room although small, had a fully well equipped kitchen with every utensil you can think of. Comfy bed and great shower. Our only negative was the couch, it was a futon style bed and far too low for us to sit on, but to be honest we spent nearly all our time once back at the property sat outside overlooking the water, watching the array of boats go past or sat on the front balcony watching the birds that fly into the bird sanctuary opposite. The swimming pool here is enormous 100ft x 50ft, swam every day for the first two weeks of our stay then the water was too cold (end of November) the pool area is very well kept and pool exceptionally clean. Scott who manages this property really looked after us, nothing was too much trouble when we asked any questions and kept us updated before our arrival with the door codes etc. He even showed us a bigger unit he manages and we’ve booked that one for next year because we love this location and complex. We’ve made good friends from being neighbours with them during our stay, everyone so friendly and helpful once they knew we were from England.

The unit was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you might need, from two coffee pots to a blender,a toaster, pots and pans, even a laundry basket, and more. There are coin laundry on the first floor. The closet had an ironing board, iron, beach chairs,cooler,beach towels, and a wagon to put it all in and go across the street to the beach. Extra towels and sheets ,soap, and tp. The pool is huge and was clean. It had many tables and lounges to relax. This unit is on the second floor. Two flights of stairs. No elevator (just an FYI). For your convenience, the parking space is the third to your right when you pull in, closest to the street. All the spaces to the left of it are visitor parking. They are not marked, and the numbers are quite faded. This place is conveniently located for many activities. About a 40-minute drive from Tampa Airport. This was a great place to relax after a great day's activities. We came to town for a 3 day destination wedding. It's a beautiful area and we plan on future trips 😊. If you like seafood, Dockside Dave's is about 3 to 4 miles down the road, on the same side. Turn left out of the parking lot. Hope you have a great time too.👏

There is no on site staffing. Should you have a question or problem it might not get resolved till the next day. But they do get back to you. The futon/couch was not comfortable.
