The Sea Scallop Minutes to Madeira Beach

Good location. Clean and quiet. Nice yard and parking. Close to anything you needed and a mile or so from the beach!

The location was very convenient for us. The house was a good size for me and my two sons (10 & 14). I greatly appreciated having a washer and dryer and full kitchen. Having a carport for shade in the hot sun was an added bonus as well. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful!

There were a couple of minor things that could use some repair, but nothing that affected our overall stay. One of the main issues was the shower head. The water pressure is hard, which I normally like, but it was painfully hard. I think the shower head just needs replaced so it will spray evenly. Currently some nozzles don't spray, and it creates an extreme mist and spray from some angles that stings. My son took a shower first and complained about it. I dismissed it at first, but I found out later that he was not exaggerating!

Bei dieser Unterkunft kommen wir ins Schwärmen. Alles ist mit viel Herzlichkeit arrangiert. Die Konversation war super nett. Die Dekoration des Hauses ist sehr hübsch und die Ausstattung ist perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub. Die schnelle Fahrt zum Strand ist ein weiteres Highlight.

The home was in the perfect spot. Close to beaches, grocery stores are nearby, and there is a variety of restaurant options all around. We enjoyed the beach toys available even as adults, the sunscreen came in handy, and since it was our anniversary, the hosts coordinated something a little extra special with me. The kitchen had all the necessities too. The whole home was very clean

The bed in the front bedroom was not super comfortable. Not horrible by any means, but it didn't seem to breathe well so I woke up hot a couple of times overnight. It also doesn't have the best support. I didn't try the bed in the other room by the bathroom though. Scissors would have been helpful a couple of different times. Cooking oil in the kitchen would be nice too, maybe a couple more basic seasonings besides just salt and pepper too (like garlic powder and minced onions). Neither remote controlled the sound on the TV, which was difficult to get right so there was some up and down happening to find the right volume.
