Easy access from NAIA airport, terminal 3, on foot just over the Runway overpass over highways. For my conference at Hilton hotel 10 min. down Newport Blvd, a perfect location.
To Booking.com : Pls CORRECT the location of One Palm Tree villas in Booking.com maps: It is NOT located across/at Hilton hotel, the entrance is from Resort Street (it is located off/at St. Teresa Church) - the location is correct in Google maps.

good shower, WiFi and air con, easy access and lots of amenities, water and clean towel on arrival
the concierge staff were a little rude, it was also kind of hard to locate but the host was very good and answered my calls. It is worth mentioning if you are looking for a stay near terminal 3 this is perfect but it’s still a 15 min grab to terminal 1 even being next to the airport!
