Nice and clean one bedroom apartment on the ground floor at Wolfcreek Golf course.
Apparently the code was never changed for the rental, so when we arrived, we were unable to get into the rental. It was very late at night as we got caught in a snow storm driving down, but the local contact answered the phone and hung up and then did not respond to phone calls or text messages. They also never even followed up the next morning to see if we were okay or could still get into the rental. An adult female and a teenage female were left without accommodation in the middle of the night in a town with sold out accommodations. We thought we were going to have to sleep in our car until we were able to find a room that was released by the pit boss at the local casino. We called the 800 emergency number and they also tried to contact the property owner and local contact with no response. However, the 800 number contact also never called us back after promising that we would get a response within an hour and they are a 24/7 service. So buyer/renter beware. The rental might be nice inside. I wouldn't know since we were never be able to get inside. All they did was eventually cancel the reservation and we had to find additional places to stay. Which resulted in 2 separate accommodations. one for each night. since no one had availability. absolutely abysmal customer service.
