Beautiful Basement Suite & Outdoor Oasis

A beautiful place and lovely host! 😊

Me encantó todo, muy limpio, súper bien cuidado todo, lo decoraron con mucho gusto. Huele delicioso todo el basement. Cristina la anfitriona muy amable y colaboradora. Tiene adicional una terraza con muebles y un mesedor súper romántico como para compartir unos vinos ahí.

It was beautiful, ell one needs. 10 minute walk from metro through quiet neighborhood. Good communication. There was a guest guidebook with many interesting recommendations that one normally would not find on one’s own, I only saw it afterwards, came with special purpose. I came to see cherry blossoms, saw them at Tidal Basin, went to Smitbonion’s National Museum and Holocaust Museum, which are within walking distance to each other . I also visited Botanic Garden. All these within easy metro travel.

Side gate and locking device needs repair so that can be used easily by the guest The hinges are not aligned which makes opening and closing the lock difficult An automatic light at the base of the stairs by the front door is needed to see the code lock at night and the steep stairs

Nice place, 25min walk from nearest metro station, clean, very helpful landlady

The property is very nice and clean and the backyard is very nice (even though I didn’t use it). You got everything you needed for a week (microwave,tv, internet connection, and even kitchen griddle for cooking).

What I didn’t like is the gate to get in the backyard, if it took me 3 days to figure out how to proper lock the gate
