Hostel near ski lift New Gudauri, block1

Location is great! It's very close to ski lift and bars. The host is nice and friendly.

The bed was very uncomfortable; The entire apartment was super small, where kitchen was not separated. when someone was making a meal entire room smelled and it was hard to stay there. The hostel did not have any dedicated place for skis or snowboard.

They took more much money from one on booking as they told me its for commission

After second day in full room they offered me another room with less people.

When i arrived they said sorry rooms full, please dont come, after waiting for half hour for manager, they fixed problem, and got me my bed.

Incompetent staff who lied to us multiple times. They made promises and then didn’t keep them. Stay away. We booked an entire room, only to find 2 other people in the room with us. We weren’t told in advance. They promised multiple times to move us but didn’t. They said via WhatsApp “we’re working on it, need a bit more time” and then eventually it got late and there was no final update. Not even a courtesy message to provide closure that it won’t be possible. This happened twice. They also said we would receive a refund. They then didn’t fulfil this and started gaslighting us about it. They said one thing and did another. Multiple times. Not to be trusted. Furthermore - they only gave us change for the cash we paid after we chased them on it. They only provided towels and toilet paper on the second day after we prompted them again. Breakfast at their cafe was disorganised and slow. They made mistakes and forgot our orders. Our advice – avoid this place. There are plenty of other options in Gudauri
