Carusotto - Sorrento

It was pretty nice,clean and excellent location The staff was friendly and had good recommendations in the area. You’re about a 4 minute walk from the Sorrento City Centere where all the restaurants foot traffic and bar is.

The shower in the middle hallway was not properly finished with tile and it looked like it was still dry wall and was an attraction for bacteria and mold. Also the tile on the shower floor was messed up and ruined and water would pool very easily. The washing machine would barely wash any clothes but for the most part did its job. It seems like somewhere in the building there is construction going on and hammers and power drills are being used and they would start work at the crack of dawn around 6-7am and it would last until 12pm which wasn’t very fun at all.

Can be improved

The location is centrally located and apartment is spacious. The staff was kind and helpful.

I was hoping to have a balcony with see view but I couldn’t really see anything but other buildings. The apartment needs deep cleaning and some repairs here and there. Parking is extra charge of 30-35 euros par night

The property is in the centre of town and there’s nearby parking at a cost. Our host Jansvir communicated very well.

The maintenance of the property could be better, one of the aircons had a loud sound when running (the apartment uses aircons for heating). Some surfaces were dirty and the apartment is quite dark. The apartment could easily score higher if upgraded and looked after properly.

Fabulous location, so close to shops and tourist attractions. Felt safe and comfortable walking around, spacious apartment.
