The location and the view the place quite comfortable.

The refrigerator broken.the staff when I ask for refrigerator replacement not respond immediately...they mention the it's broken by previous customer.but why they didn't replace before I'm check in.u charge me for the facilities but I can't use it.why don't u mentioned the fridge broken before I check in?

Our 1st and last stay at yr property.. as it is not clean and dusty.. and we dont felt comfort staying there.. we clean up our self of the moldy wall bath room n toilet n a discusting smell come up from the bath room every nite.. the sliding door to varanda cannot close.. the fredge not functioning as we felt hart to storage food n water.. there is some laundry still in d roon.. the bed sheet are thin smelly n some used bottle with water at the pantry which is discusting.. no microve n induction cooker provided.. every ting is poor.. tis is the worst apartmnt we stay ever.. hope the owner manage well of the property.. as costumer pay for comfort n happy..

The bathroom is in a rather unsatisfactory condition. The water pipes need to be repaired. The sheets need to be completely dry before being placed on the bed.

Clean and comfortable bed.

I was very disappointed with the service provided. The staff were unfriendly and constantly complained, which made me feel uncomfortable asking any questions about the apartment. Furthermore, the facilities were very unsatisfactory — there were not enough spoons and forks, the sink was clogged, there was no place to dry clothes, and the shower pipe was broken and left unrepaired. Overall, the experience was far below my expectations, and I am extremely disappointed.
