I absolutely cannot recommend this place for women traveling alone! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had — and I’ve been traveling the world for many years. It started with the fact that I had booked a very big room but was given a much smaller one. From day one, I was in constant discussions with the staff, the manager, and Booking.com. The room wasn’t just much smaller than advertised, it was also repeatedly dirty, and I felt very uncomfortable staying there. I had booked the place for a month and regretted it on the very first day. But then things escalated. I was staying there alone as a woman, and a friend of mine came to visit. One evening, I came home and went to bed while my friend was still out. In the middle of the night, I woke up to find the receptionist, completely drunk, standing in my room. I was in total shock. I asked him to leave immediately, but he refused to leave until I yelled at him. I threw him out and locked my door. I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. I reported everything to the manager and told him that I would call the police. The next day, I checked out — and the staff member was still working there. I absolutely cannot recommend this place for women traveling alone!

They don’t clean the rooms, you can stay longer than 2 days. If you’re coming back from the beach and your feet are sandy, expect their to be sand the duration of your stay. The bed sheets don’t get changed either. I suffer from nose bleeds, so when I had them frequently it was pretty gross. As lovely as the staff are, unfortunately the language barrier made it impossible to address any issues. The amount you pay is truly horrendous for what you get and the standards you receive, you’re better off paying 1/4 for a hostel. I booked for a month, I left after a week. This is also non refundable so choose wisely, unlike I did!
