* Very convenient location for visiting a nearby 한의원, just a short distance away * Easy to locate and situated in a clean, quiet neighborhood * Close to convenience stores, restaurants, and within walking distance to the **train station** * Quiet at night overall; primary bedroom was very quiet * Host was very responsive, even with a late arrival around 7 pm, and provided the entry passcode quickly * Rooms were spacious and comfortable * Small kitchen available for cooking * Thoughtful amenities provided, including instant coffee, hair straightener, hair dryer, and chargers * Clean and well-maintained interior

* The property is not a traditional apartment but a multiplex family home with separate entrances, which may be unexpected * Located on the second floor, which may be inconvenient for some guests * In the second bedroom, noise from neighboring units (voices) could be heard * Parking is limited

Very nice and cosy apartment, lots of restaurants nearby and short walk to the subway- overall a great area. The host was very lovely and accommodating! :)

Was decorated so cutely, the location was amazing - close to the station and to Olympic Park! Terry, the owner, was also an AMAZING host, that was so thoughtful and so, so helpful (which was so great as a solo traveller - helped me feel not so on my own, and gave me some great food recs)

Everything. The early check-in was my main concern & the host was very accommodating. She prepared most of the necessities for our convenience throughout our stay. It was a comfortable stay indeed. The subway is a few steps away n also the Airport limousine bus is very near the subway too. No hill access to the house. There were a lot of shops & a morning market nearby too. We will definitely be back again.

To those bringing bigger luggage, just know there are a few steps of stairs to go to the house. Unfortunately, the wifi not stable during my stay there but the host was trying her best to get it fixed. The leaking sink wasn't a bother to me since slippers were provided. Other than that, everything is good.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are attending a concert at the Olympic Dome area!

The toilet can be improved.

The location was great for our trip to Lotte World. The place was comfy for 3 friends to stay the night and hang out. Rooms were warm and cozy. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. We were able to enjoy the Netflix, while eating cup noodles that we found at the kitchen cabinet. Thank you for the complimentary water as well! The whole process from booking to check-out was very smooth and the communication was great! (We discovered later that the place is very close to the JYP building) * One of my friends had left her power bank at the place and the owner mailed it to her. Thank you!!!

I think having a sign in the bathroom warning that the water from the sink will come out from the bottom would be helpful. Make sure to wear the slippers to get into the bathroom to avoid getting your socks wet 😅

The location is very convenient. There are bus stops and subway stations nearby. There are not many tourists so it is much calmer. The beds were comfy and the apartment was clean. The host is very friendly and quick to reply. She organised round trip transfers via taxi to the airport for us and let us check out an hour later as well as treating us to chicken. Very good price for the stay. The host let us use the laundry machine in the apartment above us as there is not one inside this apartment. I would recommend staying here for a cheap and cheerful place.

The shower is a sink shower which to get hot water needed a button pressed from outside and ment that the whole bathroom would be very wet anytime one of us went for a shower. You will not get any natural light if that is a deal breaker for you - this did not really bother us. The apartment is up a set of small stairs so please don't book this if you require easy access as the listing says it is a ground floor property. As this is a new listing it requires some more time to be at its best. There is one mirror in the big bedroom and the tv is very large and in the big bedroom. The hoover takes and plant take up a good bit of space in the kitchen area. There are not many kitchen utensils - 4 small plates and bowls, 4 tumblers, a pair of scissors, 4 chopsticks, 4 spoons, one cutting board and two knives, one frying pan. There is no oven despite the listing saying there is. I think if things are reorganised a bit it would be a 10 as for us to watch a bit of tv together we carried the table and chair into the big bedroom but we only did this once as it was not convenient - a smaller tv where the plant is might be better. We also put the mirror from the big bedroom into the communal area for both of us to use for the week before putting it back. The small bedroom has a hanging space for clothing the big bedroom does not. The host asked us to place our garbage in one big bag for her to sort but it we were not super comfortable with this and would have preferred to organise this ourselves.
