Location---it's located at kelantan tourism centre
1. The Management hav to ensure that the staff is not feeling well(such as under flu/fever) should not serve at reception counter as they in risk to spread disease to customers. They should take rest and avoid touching keys, towels etc as part of health prevention to other staff and customers. Just my one cent feedback for helping/ improvement service. Anyhow, pity to him 2. Toiletries supply too simple---only 1 small cube soap with no shampoo.
