It was clean and very well equipped.

The location is superb and the host was friendly and welcoming throughout. Check-in was smooth and the property itself was spotlessly clean with basic toiletries provided (a small touch that's always appreciated). The bed was comfortable, and while the sofa was less so, it didn't really affect our stay.

The only minor downside was some noise from the street late at night, though this is fairly expected for a city centre location. Not something I'd hold against the property.

Very central, easy access to everything.

I find it too cold. There were some items that needed fixing.. like a toilet flush for example..

Perfect location right in the middle of town. Short walk to anywhere. Very helpful host

No parking

The apartment itself was very beautiful and cozy. It is located in the city center and is close to everything.

We rented the apartment for two nights and two days. During the two days we ran out of water, which prevented us from taking a shower, brushing our teeth and even washing the dishes, we didn't have water for anything. The owner accused us of using the water for more than 10 minutes and said we couldn't do it, however, she rented the apartment to 3 girls. How were we supposed to take a shower? The man at the reception said that running out of water was something normal in that apartment, but we were never informed about it. In addition, the heater did not work very well and those who slept in the room got very cold during the night.

Like were it was situated very handy for shops restaurants

Didn’t like the fact the toilet seat was broken it was all over the place when you sat on it you felt like you were sitting on a wonky toilet

Right in the town centre good for shops supermarkets and restaurants. Unfortunately the apartment could not be described as stunning! Toilet seat loose bath needed a good clean and bulb above the mirror was not working so hard to shave or apply makeup. Bed was not comfortable and had been squeezed into a very small space. Oven needed cleaning. Very disappointing.

Great location for all activities in Leeds city centre, great communication with the host and all was as described. Apartment was clean and had all the facilities needed to ensure a comfortable stay.

Parking is a little bit of a issue, this does not take anything away from the property but if you are driving be aware that the parking is city centre prices and it difficult to take your luggage to and from the car park that's close by.
