Location is good. Nearby you can find restaurants, food and beach. We found only one small grocery shop around that was not marked in the google maps.

Small ants in the property. Not very clean, as you can find lots of dust on the floor skirtings and in the corners. Major drawback - no common household items like toilet paper (not even a leftover roll), detergent for washing machine and so on.
