Great communication for the owners Extremely clean Great location for the market Hot tub is a extra and is clean

We didn’t like the ring door bell on the fence. I understand why you have it but we felt we was being watched when we left and come back to the caravan

The space and size of the property also nice and warm for winter

Received a text on the way to the lodge stating they do not supply towels so we had to find the nearest supermarket and buy bath towels and also hand towels they do not even supply shower mats /floor towels so very slippy when coming out of the showers. There is a charge of £15 per day for WiFi which I found very expensive for the amount you pay. You do not get the text to check in until 15.55 so when you arrive you would like to at least have a drink , little things mean a lot , no milk or essentials are provided for you. One thing I did find odd was the couple that own the lodge pop by every morning to check the hottub no time is given they just turn up of which I felt very intrusive. On the day of check out expect to receive an early text to remind you to wash and dry and put all pots away again I found this quite rude.

The size of the accomdation

The owners were very rude. Unwelcoming. Wanted to come inside the caravan on x mas day . Came to the property all through our stay to check the hot tub for some reason. Had a ring doorbell in what seemed to spy on you .

The lodge it’s absolutely huge and has been decorated lovely. Everything that we needed was there. The owners were really helpful also!

Everything was perfect.

It was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean

We couldn’t get into the property until til 4pm unless we paid extra for early check in which was 14.00 so barely worth it.
