City and Sand Suites

Our group had the two apartments and they were perfect for our group of 7. Great location for beach in 3 mins and walking distance from Old town. Apartments both very modern and comfortable.

Such a beautiful place - immaculate condition and only a few steps from the sea. It's very close to the city centre and there is free parking in the streets around. I'd recommend it to everyone.

There isn't anything I didn't like.

Everything 100%. We loved the apartment, it is very comfortable, literally 1 minute from the beach, the terrace is absolutely fabulous and the jacuzzi is super relaxing and easy to use. The living room is very cosy and we loved having our dinner there. Nick was a great host, very kind and helpful. Thank you very much, Nick! Rhetymno is a beautiful city, which has everything: beach, cosy old city, amazing people.

Nice and spacious apartament near the Old Town with terrace and jacuzzi. Very well equipped kitchen, tv, two bathrooms, washing machine, comfortable beds. Nick has been a hospitable and very kind host.

No parking spot near the apartament.

Great apartment with everything you need for your stay. Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the beach, 15 minutes from the old town, supermarkets in the near. Nick is very helpful and always available in case of questions.

Nick gave us the keys at our arrival and showed us around the apartment and how to use the jacuzzi. Apartment was a mere two minutes walk to the gorgeos city beach with an amazing sunset where you could rent sunbeds for 8 to 10 euros, depending on where you wanted to rent them. Jacuzzi was a great addition to the apartment, even though we used it only once for two reasons - the beach was nearby and even in the evenings it was too hot outside to use them. The bed was comfy and the apartment really cozy.

A coffee pot would be great so we could make ourselves coffee. Neighbours upstairs started arguing and screaming in the middle of the night and left us awake up until 3 am. Main door isn't soundproof, so you can hear how the buidling main door slams everytime someone walks in. Some washing machine pods would be great, as almost every store nearby had a package with minimum of 23 pods, which was too much for two persons for a couple of days.

Everything was super clean, very modern, perfect location next to the beach as well as shops and transport links and the old town. The host had quick replies to texts about any queries and met us at the start to show us how the AC and Hot Tub worked and gave us our keys. Extremely good price for what you get, especially considering the area.

Great location in Rethmyno, short walk to the beach and the old town. The apartment facilities were lovely and Nick was so welcoming. We arrived late in the night but Nick was very helpful getting us into the property and stopped by a couple of days later to check we had everything we needed and even dropped us some Greek sweet treats to enjoy!
