Modern Home near Salt Lake's Attractions

Location is great if you have a car, but not ideal if you're relying on walking and public transit. The unit is a house in a quiet residential neighborhood. Easy parking in the driveway and ample street parking. The size of the unit is great - three bedrooms, two full baths, and a roomy living room/kitchen. Perfect for 5-7 people. We ended up having only 4 (originally planned for 6) and the place was a bit more than we needed.

The home was extremely well stocked and organized for us to navigate a week away from home. Connor was extremely helpful and instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is very central to wherever you need to get to in SLC. I was there to help my son recover from sinus surgery so we stayed in and I cooked most of the week. The showers are excellent and the soaking tub was a wonderful bonus. The beds and pillows were very comfortable with easy TV viewing and there were games to play as well.

We would have preferred blackout curtains in addition to the shades but Connor mentioned he was planning on adding them. The beds still made for easy sleeping!

The check-in instructions were very clear and the use of a door code made it very easy.

Ease of checking in, as it was a smart lock. The house was ready by the time we got there and the owner was very friendly and easy to talk to. Furnitures and appliances in the apartment were top class. Not just cheap appliances just to say they have it in the apartment. I love the steam iron, really worked well, the bed was so comfortable, sheets were clean. whole apartment was clean and presentable. There were enough utensils and pans if you want to cook. Unfortunately, we broke the Crockpot and we were ready to pay or replace it but Conor was so kind and said just to toss it away. The place was even complete with plastic utensils and paper plates just in case we prefer to use it. Loads of dishwasher tablets and the laundry was self dispensing with soap. Really excellent place to stay with. Safe environment with allotted parking space aside from the street parking. Toilets were clean and were loaded with tissue paper for our one week stay. Place with enough lighting and ambient, temperature was also cool enough inside the place and we did not have to set it. I love every detail about this place. Hope that there will be more hosts like Connor in the world who goes over and beyond comfortability but strives with excellence.

Maybe just couple of things, there was a smell whenever we got in the place but I think it could be from the down feathers from the throw pillows on the sofa. Also the bed with two double bed rooms was a bit tight and was not shown in the pictures. Otherwise, very much happy with this booking and we would love to book again the next time.

The location is near freeways, downtown and various eateries. 15 minutes to the SLC Airport and downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and serene.
