- chest of drawers not fixed correctly and host tried to blame me that I had broken it - Bed not properly fixed and my daughter spot it in last day when she tried to check if we had not left anything - breakfast is not real breakfast but some butter and bread left on first day so shouldn’t be mentioned that it is included - small bedroom without any windows and fresh air more like a closet than real bedroom - entrance to the property very narrow and old - a bit noisy as there were maintenance in other flats around

The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, it is big, clean and very well equipped. The location is perfect to explore Catania: 10 min walk to Piazza del Duomo and the Fish Market where you’ll find plenty of nice restaurants; 20 min walk from Catania Centrale train station (we used a lot the train to travel to Siracusa, Taormina or Messina). The host was very kind, helpful and provided us a crib for our toddler.

Everything was perfect during our stay in Catania but I would like to mention some aspects: - the access to the apartment (located at 1st floor) is done on a fairly narrow scale which can pose problems if you have large luggage or a baby stroller; - the breakfast was provided only once per stay (spent 4 nights at the apartment), not daily, which should be mentioned on booking details; - there are no windows for the second bedroom, only the main badroom has large window with a small but cozy balcony.
