O apartamento é excelente. Localização perto de parada de ônibus, grande e bem ventilado

A cama de um dos quartos estava quebrada.

Appartamento ampio e luminoso, grandi spazi sia di condivisione sia le camere. La terrazza abitabile panoramica bellissima. Il contesto tranquillo.

La trascuratezza di diversi aspetti. Per carità rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo e ripeto, appartamento molto ampio e comodo. Poi per una notte figuriamoci, va benissimo. Peró in una camera non andava la luce, la zampa di un letto traballava e mancava totalmente la tapparella che era bloccata. In diversi punti c’era accumulata diversa polvere e capelli. E anche sui letti c’erano dei capelli e abbiamo dovuto cambiare le federe. Inizialmente non avevano acqua calda e al cellulare mi hanno risposto dopoun bel po’ che avevo scritto. Insomma, basterebbe qualche accorgimento in più e sarebbe perfetto.

Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig und hell und man hat (10. Stock) einen tollen Blick auf Verona und die Umgebung. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Check-in und sonstige Kommunikation sehr professionell und unkompliziert. Die Matratzen aller Betten sind der bequem. Es gibt viele Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Leintücher, Kissen- u. Deckenbezüge aller Betten bestehen zu 100% aus Polyester. Das war das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Needs cleaning and utensils in the kitchen should be replaced. Terrace door is broken

(1) flat needs deep cleaning as kitchen especially is not clean, greasy basically what ever you touch, floors, i speak about deeper cleaning ones at the time (2) flat is not maintained, gas is leaking from kitchen stove (we had to close it), terrasse window is very hard to open and close as it is broken,

The apartment was unacceptable. We saw everything from mold in the washer to filthy bedding. The refrigerator along with the entire place smelled awful and the bathub under the mat was covered with dirt and hair. The balcony door handle did not latch as the handle was missing. There was a large amount of hair in the shower drain. There were questionable stains on the bedding and other concerning issues. This has been a huge disappointment to the point requiring us to leave!

The terrace was great and nice to sit out on. Lots of plates and well supplied kitchen with glasses and cutlery. Very close to the bus routes with a fabulous supermarket at the bottom of the road.

The electric kept tripping and the whole wiring of the apartment was very dodgy. In the kitchen you couldn't use the kettle or coffee machine because the socket was broken.The door to the terrace wouldn't shut as there was no handle. Loo seat broken in one bathroom. Bath enamel degraded and sealant very old and mucky. Freezer in kitchen over iced and poured water onto the floor. There were no instructions for anything in the apartment or tourist information.

Big flat, there is wifi and smart tv

Rooms are not clean, The flat is so far from the city. The transporation is difficult. Especially after 21.00, no bus, no train, you need to wealk 35 - 40 minutes. Not a hotel or apparr, it is a normal family resitance and the neighborgs are disturbing this situation.
