'Dartmouth View' appartment in Kingswear

The walls were painted fresh in parts

It smelt badly of damp and musky, carpets needed renewing. Kitchen needed renovation for prices asked £150

Comfortable apartment in Kingswear, very clean, with everything we need. Great communication from the owner.

Minor but we can't park the car next to the house, we parked for free a couple of streets up.

Exactly as described, great view over the river to Dartmouth. Very close to the Marina car park to unload luggage. (NB This is free for the first hour, but then escalates to £11 for 24 hours. It's free to park on Higher Contour Rd, and you can cut through Wood Lane to get back to the apartment.) Lovely renovated bathroom. Had a great break.

Knives were rather blunt, equipment was adequate but not outstanding, note no welcome pack or basics like salt as there sometimes are in holiday apartments.

Perfect location, beautiful view.
