GBQuirky modern house in a perfect location. Close to railway station and amenities. Lovely decor and furniture. Helpful landlord allowing last minute change in check in/check out times. Fabulous bathroom.
Due to the small size of the property, not enough storage space. Nowhere to sit and dry your hair and get ready in general.

GBExcellent location easy walk in to Looe
Staircase is difficult to negotiate we are reasonably fit and don’t struggle with stairs but for anyone older than us it would be a problem ( we are 69 )
GBMy daughter and I loved the location of the property which was near to the pub and a 10 min walk to the main shopping area. Our spaniel loved the property too and had no issues negotiating the circular staircase. Views of the estuary from the lounge and bedroom were lovely and the property had all the facilities needed for our 2 night stay right down to the new dishcloths and tea-towels. There was even ice in the freezer and small bottle of prosecco and chocolates for us. The bed and pillows were lovely and comfy too and there was a little seating area at the front of the property. The property is newly decorated and cleaned to a high standard
The hill from the pub to the cottage was steep and although it was not an issue for us it may have been with someone elderly or who had mobility issues. If I was to be picky then a replacement frying pan could be provided along with the reciting of the mirror (placed lower down and to the right) so it could be accessed to dry hair and apply makeup.
GBReally loved this quirky little place, we spent 5 days here and the location is perfect, pretty much immediate access i to Looe harbour area and the town centre all less than 10mins walk. If you struggle with hills then the parking situation might not suit as the parking is located 2 minutes walk up a very steep hill but for us this wasn't too much of a problem. The place it's self has everything you need to get by whilst staying there, all in good working condition. If I was to be picky I think it could be cleaner in places, we're some dusty corners and what looked like pet hairs on the sofa but again otherwise the cleanliness was passable. The spiral staircase again could be a problem for some, I'm quite nimble but had afew hairy moments whilst coming up and down these. It's got a Nice veiw from the bedroom window especially in the late evenings at dusk. We Would really recommend the Globe pub which is again 2-3minutes walk at the bottom of the road, food and drinks are fantastic and the staff were great too. Perfect for afew beers as the sun sets. We would definitely come back to this place, Purley just for the location to the town and surrounding areas.
Parking location, but not many other options for this to be fair. Spiral staircase but not a deal breaker. Cleanliness is just ok
