This place was shockingly dirty and uncomfortable. When my baby dropped a toy, I reached under the living room sofa and found years of dust built up. It wasn’t just under the sofa—dust covered everything. There was pet hair scattered throughout the apartment, and I noticed multiple cobwebs in the living room, some with flies still trapped in them. The kitchen was barely functional, with mismatched plates and cutlery, and the dishwasher has apparently been broken for over a year (as mentioned in previous reviews). The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a mattress that seemed many years old and offered no support. To make matters worse, the apartment is located near a railway, and with the poor soundproofing, it felt like the trains were passing right through the room—every time one went by, it sounded as if the windows were wide open. Overall, it was an awful experience.

Comfortable, clean, and secure flat with own parking. The communication from the host was great, and the instructions for the self check in were clear. The place is very close to the Centre of Zagreb. We will definitely book it again when we are in Zagreb.

The experience was highly satisfactory, beginning with the efficient key retrieval process and clear parking instructions. The apartment's exceptional cleanliness and stylish decor contributed to a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing stay. All essential amenities were conveniently located within a short five-minute drive, and the neighborhood exuded a pleasant ambiance. Our additional requests were promptly addressed and resolved by the owner, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. We highly recommend this accommodation and anticipate a return visit next year.
