Need information of arrival and departure flight to make the reservation. Please check with the airline if luggage will be transferred to the final destination or not. Guests cannot stay in the hotel once they pass the immigration in order to claim their luggage. Please note that maximum 4 rooms are available for a reservation. For more than 4 rooms, the room could not be assigned unless you contact the hotel in advance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Nothing, wasnt able to stay

Way of communicating, that it can be used only on Terminal 1, option to cancel room when you are not able to enter terminal 1. Its fraud basically.

"Disastrous organisation for transfer from arrivals to checking at transit hotel. Wasted two hours. Otherwise excellent."

Everything except location . The directions from terminal 2 to terminal 1 where the transit hotel was were definitely not made clear . They are VERY far apart. It should be made clearer on booking.com that there are TWO transit hotels and for customers to book the one and the same terminal that they arrive at. I saw many many other travellers just as frustrated as myself. The transfer took up two hours of everyone’s time that they would otherwise have spent enjoying their transit hotel rest.

Totally confusing about how to stay at this hotel. If you are transiting via Terminal 2 then, this hotel is not reachable

I was not offered a refund after very misleading advertising and hotel not reachable from Terminal 2
