Neighborhood not coolest one but it was something rather expected knowing the area

Wow, these hosts thought of everything! The house was very well stocked. We had all the extra blankets/ pillows/ cookware we could have wanted. There was a TV on every level of the home, which can be important when traveling with a big group. Wireless speakers, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning products, and detergents were available - many hosts make you buy your own. I really appreciated that aspect. The location is walking distance from two metro lines that go straight into downtown or anywhere else you would want to go. Many, many bus stops nearby, as well. The home itself is larger than it appears in the listing and gave everyone in our party room to spread out. Well-decorated, cozy, and perfect for a family vacation or a professional trip. The host was personable and answered questions and fixed issues in a very timely manner. Plus, the check-out instructions were very reasonable. There was no wild checklist that left us scrambling in the morning before leaving, a pet peeve of mine. Overall, it was one of the best short-term rentals I've stayed in. Highly recommend.

My only (small) complaint is that the two queen sized beds on the third level are pretty firm. It wasn't a HUGE deal to us, but my husband did have trouble getting to sleep.

The property was great once inside. The only issue we had was trying to park in the car port out back. The through street is kind of rounded so it made it a little awkward to park. Other than that, the property had tons of space, was in a great location as far as food, stores and night life. We were there to show my daughter around since she will be attending Howard this fall. This place was only about 10 minutes from the campus and in a great local location.

It was clean and well furnished. It has everything you need, in perfect state. Kitchen was just as one needs it. Great interior.

Noisy and not so clean neighborhood. A very busy road in front and rather dirty in the back. Some rats were present in the night. The floor in the living room is rather noisy as well. The airco is very noisy and will wake you up in the morning.
